Each team member is required to raise the $1,000 pledge minimum for new Challenge Walkers and $1,500 for veteran walk partipants (with our support). Individual and team prizes are awarded for fundraising. Lodging, meals, and route support are included.

Create a team, join an existing team or register as an individual.
If a you can’t make it to the actual event, you can still be a part of Challenge Walk MS! Virtual walkers can register as individuals or as team members, and are eligible for prizes based on their fundraising totals. Virtual Walkers are required to raise the $1,000 pledge minimum for new Challenge Walkers and $1,500 for veteran walk partipants So, if you have a friend, family member or co-worker that will be unable to make it to the actual event, recruit them to be a virtual walker!
We need energetic volunteers to support the Challenge Walk! Register for a 3-5 hour shift, or more, on one, two or all three days of the Challenge Walk. Read position descriptions and register online, or contact the Chapter at 1-800-344-8935.
Make it a friends and family event, and share the Challenge Walk MS experience! Support your Challenge Walkers and cheer them on as a volunteer, or send them personal messages to encourage them on the route.
The Circle of Strength candle-lighting ceremony is an opportunity for Challenge Walkers and others committed to creating a world free of MS to reach out and support each other and share their experiences, feelings of appreciation, and encouragement. The Circle of Strength takes place on Saturday night of the Challenge Walk, when Challenge Walkers are already 40 miles into their journey. Guests are welcome to join in and experience this moving and uplifting ceremony.
Write a letter expressing your love and support to your walker, which we'll deliver at the event. Envelopes only, please. No boxes or large packages. Mail must be postmarked no later than May 21 in order to ensure delivery at Challenge Walk MS.
